Welcome to VibeShot ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you use vibeshot.me.We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to our operations.
2. Data We Collect
Personal Information
Name, email address, account identifiers, order history, and payment-related metadata when you purchase (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us).
User Content and Biometric Data
Photos you upload to generate portrait-style outputs. We process these solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your photos for third-party marketing. AI processing may involve subprocessors such as Replicate strictly for generation.
Data Retention
- • Unused or unpaid uploads: deleted within 72 hours.
- • Paid-order source photos: deleted after approval plus 14 days, or within 120 days if unreviewed.
- • Generated outputs: stored privately for up to 60 days (up to 90 days for fulfilled paid orders) unless deleted sooner.
- • You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@vibeshot.me.
Fulfilled paid orders may retain generated outputs for up to 90 days. Source photos for paid orders may remain up to 14 days after approval or up to 120 days if unreviewed.
3. How We Use Your Data

- ✓To process payments and deliver outputs through your dashboard and email.
- ✓To respond to support requests and resolve order issues.
- ✓To improve service reliability using aggregated, non-identifying operational metrics.

Authentication, database, and file storage

AI image generation

Transactional email delivery
Some service providers (for example, payment, email, storage, or AI processing partners) may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We use these providers only to operate the Service and require reasonable safeguards for personal information sent to them.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing support@vibeshot.me. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
6. Governing Law
These policies, your use of the Service, and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and VibeShot agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
